Smaller, firmer, and generally have a slightly higher skin separation.
15g-18g
Good quality, moist, and great for portion control.
18g-23g
Thick, chewy, and naturally sweet.
23g-27g
Excellent moisture, luxurious plumpness, and rich caramel flavours.
Local: 10% to 60% loose skin, across mixed sizes.
Industrial: Small bird bites, broken skin, or slightly squashed fruit.
